I’ve been a customer with In The Sky since 2011.  They have Excellent Customer Service, Technicians and Equipment! They are reliable and truly stand by their work. Called the owner with a issue logging on to my DVR (Lost password ect) , didn't even purchase the DVR from him, the guy was extremely nice & walked me through the process, then he called me back the next day to help Me complete it. Bottom line he went way out of his way to help me & didn't even want to charge me, spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone walking me through the tech stuff. I can't express my appreciation for all Darius did for us.  Modern technology doesn't come easy for us old folks, but Darius was patient and walked us through  it. In the Sky and in particular,  Installation Technician Darius were and are incredible!  This is the highest, most stellar review I can provide to a company.  Accordingly, If you want an honest, professional, punctual and knowlegable security carnera installation company then the only company to choose is In The Sky.  Ask directly for Technician Darius. I just had a HIKVision 12 camera system setup at my home by In the Sky and I can say it was the best experience I could have wished for and more.  Ronny, Nik, and the rest of the crew was fantastic!!   I can honestly say, from the estimate to the installation and the follow-up of question to resolving any issue, it was marvelous. I had obtained 8 quotes and, In the Sky, had the best quote for the big job I was looking to completed.  Their price was more than fair, and I would recommend them over any of the extremely expensive quotes I got from some of the other companies in the valley.  My security camera setup is a top of line brand and now I see my setup on the level of a commercial security setup.  I am not some person that is trying to bring up In the Sky's ratings but am a retired Military Officer and retired Law Enforcement Officer, that wants to thank In the Sky, Ronny, Nik and the rest of the crew for taking care of me. I needed my pos system installs and needed someone ASAP to come wire up an Ethernet wire. Darius from In the Sky came in clutch! I needed services ASAP and he came in around midnight to help me trouble shoot my pos and get me up and running in order for me to get my pos live for my business to run. He went way and above to provide me excellent service. He even follow thru and checked up on me to make sure everything went smoothly. When I was having other issues he came by right away and helped with another issue. Now I’m running perfectly with my point of sale and couldn’t be more happier.
